You Think A Diamond Is Forever...

My new tattoo! Whoo!

Posted by Hello

A blurry pic of my Gate to All Worlds, tatted about 4 months ago. Dave added a new black to some of the angles, which is why my skin is red.

I am dizzy, and I am in love. What a feckin' awesome tattoo!

Rock on, ET. I can be the butt-kicking ET, you can be the Tattoo enduring ET. I'm such a wuss!

Yay! ET approval!

If you ever decide you want one, Immortal Inc Dave has the lightest hand in the world. I didn't flinch during fill, as I normally do. (It's there to match the one on the other bicep, which is similarly optically illusionary). It's a mandala from the Principia; the symbol in the middle is the Hand of Eris.

Of course, I have confused every tattoo artist who has ever worked on me, because I can sit and read a book while I'm under the needle. The Artist says he's going to try it next time.

You: ass-kicker. Me: needle-sufferer. Equitable monozygotic division of labor, I think. :)

And may I add that I just now noticed that I have visible back fat in that picture?

Positive self image yay.

kittenb in the hizzy! Glad you like them.

For the record, they are also the same size, but the detail work wouldn't show up on the GoaW unless I did hte zoom thing.

Stay awhile!

I can't believe you noticed back fat..or any fat for that matter...with that cool tattoo!

I didn't see anything until you pointed it out...even then I had to look kinda hard to find it :)

When you're looking at the raw, red, real thing, it's easy to note the back fat. (I honestly don't care, it just made me look like I had a hump for a minute there.)

With any luck, the optics on those pieces will distract any onlookers from any back fat...preliminary tests indicate yes. (Thanks Bradley!)

The answer to positive self image is body modification. IGOR! I'VE FOUND IT!

Really, Bradley, thanks. Hang out a while! :)
